Moving inside a global healthcare organisation gave Anne-Sophie a first-hand understanding of how strategic and organisational decisions are made — and how deeply they affect people.
During nearly a decade within the same evolving international Consumer Healthcare business — from Novartis Consumer Health through the joint venture that created GSK Consumer Healthcare, which later became Haleon — she worked closely with global R&D leaders across Switzerland, the United States and India.
Her experience encompassed strategic workforce and resource planning, organisation design, capability development, specialist recruitment and transformation. Her involvement in a major cross-border R&D restructuring and the implementation of a Swiss Social Plan brought her into close collaboration with leaders, employees, legal counsel, employee representatives and social partners.
This experience reinforced her conviction that business decisions and human consequences must always be considered together — and that the way change is prepared, communicated and implemented matters.
